REFUND POLICY

Should you wish to cancel the booking for our event at Natter café, you will be given a full refund.

To request a refund, please, email info@nattercafe.co.uk

The refund will be made to the card used for payment, and for the full deposit of the online payment made.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY – Event Event Bookings

Cancellations of  event bookings are subject to Natter cancellation policy.

If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the event a full refund will be issued. You must email Natter cafe on info@nattercafe.co.uk to inform us of the cancellation.

If cancellation notice is received with less than 7 days, unfortunately your deposit can not be refunded.

In the unlikely event a booked event is cancelled by the Natter Cafe, any deposits paid will be given in full

 

PAYMENT POLICY

All online payments are taken by WorldPay for secure credit/debit card transactions, using UK pound Sterling (£) only. If you wish to pay deposit by cash or at cafe directly please email us on info@nattercafe.co.uk.
